Scott Kelly was no stranger to Crown Colony. After playing there in high school and competing in our 2015 event placing 15th. His experience with this course must have paid off, Kelly shoots 68-65-71-70–274 for the win.

Coming into the 4th and final RD, Kelly was one stoke behind the leader, Austin Smotherman and they were neck-&-neck up until the end of the tournament. Kelly was two strokes behind Smotherman with three holes to go. He made up ground and was just one stroke behind stepping onto #18 tee. Kelly birdies to force a playoff and came out victorious.

This was his first main season win.
