This will be the 9th year APT will be returning to Manhattan, KS for this event. The large field brings strong competition with 13 past APT champions playing.
Our picks for players to watch: William Buhl: Played three APT events this season, all placing Top-5. Colin Kober: The recent Baylor Grad with 0 M/C in his professional start with 3 Top-25 finishes. Martin Flores: Holds Korn Ferry Status and PGA Tour Starts but is overcoming an injury. Martin has 3 Top-10 Finishes and made 6/7 cuts this season.
6 players return to their home state for this event: Andrew Beckler, Jeremy Dunham, Gage Ihrig, Gabriel Julo, Wells Padgett, and Scott Wempe. 
Action gets underway at 7:30 A.M CST on August 11th for round one and play will be starting off No. 1 tee and No. 10 tee.  A trophy presentation by the clubhouse is set to follow the final round of play.  Attendance is free to the public.
