Chad Sewell Clinches Victory at the GCBHS Real Okie Championship

(Muskogee, OK) - The GCBHS Real Okie Championship has finally come to a close, concluding under perfect yet hot weather conditions for the final day of the tournament. Chad Sewell from Conroe, Texas, emerged as the new champion, finishing with an impressive 18-under par total. Sewell, who has consistently made cuts all season without being in serious contention, found his stride this week, securing his third professional win. This victory also propelled him to second place on the Access Golf Player of the Year leaderboard.

Amateur Mesa Falleur from Muskogee, who was this week's sponsor exemption, finished strong in second place with a score of 15-under par total. Falleur’s performance throughout the tournament has marked him as a promising talent to watch in the coming years as he continues his collegiate career.

Zac Owens from Mooreland, OK, also had a standout final day, shooting an impressive 8-under par, which brought him to a T5 finish for the tournament. His remarkable play added excitement to the final round and demonstrated his potential for future events.

As we celebrate the conclusion of this thrilling tournament, we look forward to our next event, the Southwest Kansas Pro-Am, which will take place in Garden City, KS, from June 6-8th. With such impressive performances this week, the anticipation for the next competition is already building.
